Comedienne in the Making

Amy just had her very first stand up open mic night performance Friday, December 7, 2007, at Coffee Haven in Long Beach and it was a success!

Also, check out the Real Girls Talking: Episode II on youtube- there's a surprise ending!

Amy is entering the 3rd level at Second City in January.

All the films listed in the last post are filmed and in the editing process. Pretty soon, you'll be able to view a new reel!

Out on Bail: Sketch Comedy

Amy Vorpahl is currently performing in "Out on Bail," a six week run of a sketch comedy show based on extreme characters all trapped in a prison cell together. How did they become incarcerated? Come to the Tres Stage at Sunset and La Brea to find out! Sundays 8:00 PM- closing night this August 19th!

Amy plays Janie Bummerson, an elementary school teacher who believes Attention Deficit Disorder may be the key to saving the world. Come take a gander at her in a mumu and cheerleading outfit!

Andre de Lorde's Grand Guignolers de Paris

Two Grand Guignol shows, "The Final Kiss" and "A Crime in a Madhouse" played 3 weekends in Hollywood, CA May 25-June 9. Amy Vorpahl played Normandy Woman, one of the crazy crones that de-eyed the engenue in the second play! You can see/read more about the shows on the website: Grand Guignolers.
